Sellers – Register, choose and purchase a furniture, fixtures, and equipment plan. We offer three plans: the Basic Plan $5.00 US per month/unlimited listings, the Silver Plan $25.00 US for 6 months/unlimited listings, and the Gold Plan $50.00 US for 12 months/unlimited listings.
Complete the post form and follow the prompts to post your commercial items(s). Please do not post residential items as they will be removed. To avoid missing FF&E Resale™ communications, add FF&E Resale™ (link to home) domain to your email safe list.
The most important thing is to manage the buyer’s expectations. We have found the best practice is to start with a detailed description of the item. Adhering to the noted image specifications, take clear and vivid images from various angles. To enhance your post, you can also attach the item specifications or brochure. Remember the more information you provide the quicker you will make a sale.
Pricing – Research your item online or at a brick and mortar to determine the best asking price. Carefully consider your shipping/delivery method and lead time. You can pay for shipping , split it with the buyer or have the buyer pay it in full. Be sure to provide transparent shipping/delivery information. FF&E Resale™ is not responsible for shipping.
Define your payment method, how you will take payment from the buyer as well as your return and refund policies. Payment, returns, and refunds between the buyer and seller are managed exclusively between the seller and buyer. FF&E Resale™ is not responsible for the seller and buyer payment arrangements, returns, or refunds. FF&E Resale™ does not process listing payment transactions. If you don’t want to sell the item, there are many other options to divert FF&E from landfills: For Sale – For Recycle – Barter – Donation – Just Take it Away for Free. If you are looking for a specific item, you can choose Wanted from the drop down and you can edit your post at any time.

$25.00 US 6 Month Rate with Unlimited Listings. A savings of $5.00 US over the Basic Plan.
$50.00 US 12 Month Annual Rate with Unlimited Listings. A savings of $10.00 over the Basic Plan.
Payment between the buyer and seller is managed exclusively between the seller and buyer. See the item listing for details. FF&E Resale™ does not process item payment transactions.
The refund and return policy between the buyer and seller is managed exclusively between the seller and buyer. FF&E Resale™ is not responsible for the seller's return policy or any returns related to item purchases.
Our Concierge Service is personalized management of your FF&E. This service is offered to our company advertising partners only and is designed for those who have little time in their busy schedules.
Your experienced consultant will come to you. You can be as hands-on or off, as you’d like.
Your consultant will take a few minutes of your time to gather the necessary information and photograph the FF&E. After which, they will perform market research, publish the ads, and manage the entire process, including shipping/delivery coordination.
To save your valuable time, your consultant will even meet prospective buyers onsite.
The percentage-based Concierge Service fee is payable upon acceptance of the proposal by check or credit card and is calculated by the FF&E selling price plus expenses.
