My business partner and I have been in the industry for over 30 years. We struggle with this problem on every job. We spent many late nights talking about how to manage this ongoing situation. Besides the hassle that goes with getting rid of the surplus, it was disturbing to know what it was doing to the environment.

We wanted some way to responsibly manage this never-ending supply of FF&E. We systemically outlined our priorities and FF&E Resale™ was born. It took a few years and a team of talented people, who got what was important, to develop what we collectively think is the best way to serve this underrepresented need. Like any construction professional, we started with engineering the foundation and built up. This is where our 4 principles were developed - Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, Recycle.
